Hosting a Volunteer Recording Session

The team are currently recording volunteers at a wide range of venues throughout the UK (these include schools, colleges, universities, places of worship, business premises, community groups & shopping centres) working in partnership with local staff and community leaders to arrange recording events.

The process couldn’t be simpler, all we need is a location with a power supply for the VIPER^® Identification Booth (similar to a passport booth) a few minutes of your time, and the opportunity to explain the process. 

It is important to note that:

• Every volunteer recording is completely anonymous, we only record a person’s age and nationality.
  

• Every volunteer receives a cash reward for their time.
  
• All images are stored in accordance with Data Protection Legislation and GDPR.
  
  You may want to consider running a recording event as a fundraiser or for a charity your organisation supports, we are happy to provide the required marketing material in support of your event.
